track training

Track training combines a mix of speed and pacing ranging from 200 meter to 2 kilometer reps in order to help develop good form and technique. Video analysis is used to help with technique. Arrive early to warm-up and are ready to go by 6 a.m. so we can finish by 7 a.m.

Kezar Stadium

Kezar Stadium was the former home of the San Francisco 49ers. This is a multi-use stadium and is the track we use for training.

Iguanas is a registered California Association and non-profit through our partnership with the RRCA.
